This website, orbisswitzerland.com, is operated by ORBIS LIFESTYLE SA, trading as ORBIS, with its registered address at Via Alessandro Volta, 16, 6830 Chiasso, Switzerland CH. Throughout these Terms, “ORBIS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ORBIS LIFESTYLE SA.

These Terms govern your use of our website and your purchases, subscriptions, and access to digital products, together with the applicable product descriptions, checkout disclosures, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. Where agreement or consent is required by law, we obtain it through the appropriate purchase or enrollment process. Visiting our website alone does not authorize a purchase or recurring charge.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. We use service providers, including Supliful for product fulfillment, to operate our store. ORBIS remains your contact for orders, refunds, subscriptions, and customer support.

Section 1 — Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase.

You agree to use our website and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, product directions, and warnings.

You must not transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the security or operation of our website.

Section 2 — General Conditions

We may refuse or restrict service for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our website content or digital materials without our permission, except as permitted by law.

We use third-party payment services to process transactions. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Section 3 — Product and Health Information

TB1 is a dietary supplement, not a GLP-1 medication. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Website content, digital guides, and the TB1 Routine Tracker provide general information or personal logging tools. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice.

Section 4 — Prices and Changes to Services

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and recurring charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices for future purchases or modify our product offerings.

Price changes or other material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in advance, with any notice, consent, and cancellation opportunity required by law.

Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases or remove existing refund rights.

Section 5 — Products, Subscriptions, and Digital Access

Products are subject to availability. Product images may include illustrative mockups. The applicable product description identifies what is included in your purchase.

A digital guide or tracker does not include a physical book, device, or supplement unless expressly stated.

TB1 subscriptions

The current TB1 subscription offer is $69 for a 30-day supply, automatically renewing every 30 days until canceled. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or different promotional terms will be disclosed at checkout before enrollment.

Recurring charges require your express informed consent. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not authorize a subscription.

You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription before your next order is processed through the subscription-management link provided to you. You may also contact ORBIS through our Contact page for assistance.

Cancellation stops future renewals. If an order has already been processed, contact us promptly; cancellation or refund of that order will be handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you would like both a refund and cancellation, please state this in your request.

Digital products

Delivery method, access duration, technical requirements, and any separate fees for digital products are described in the applicable product listing or purchase disclosures.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital materials. You do not acquire ownership of their intellectual property and may not redistribute, share for commercial purposes, or resell them.

No lifetime access or separate recurring fee is implied. Any requirement to maintain an active TB1 subscription to retain access must be disclosed before purchase.

Section 6 — Orders, Billing, and Accounts

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, shipping, and payment information and to keep your account information current.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may reject or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unavailable stock, applicable purchase restrictions, or a material pricing error, consistent with applicable law.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund payments collected for the canceled items, including associated charges where applicable.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

We may make optional third-party tools or services available through our website.

These services may have separate terms and privacy policies, which you should review before using them.

We do not guarantee the independent operation or availability of third-party tools. However, the use of third-party providers does not remove ORBIS’s obligations for products or services sold by ORBIS.

Our website may contain links to independent websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not automatically constitute endorsement.

Third-party websites have their own terms, policies, and practices. We are not responsible for their independent content or activities.

Questions about an ORBIS purchase should be directed to ORBIS, even when a third-party service provider processes or fulfills the order.

Section 9 — Reviews, Comments, and Feedback

You retain ownership of your reviews and submissions.

By intentionally submitting a review for public display, you grant ORBIS a non-exclusive license to display and format that review for that purpose without changing its meaning. We will seek separate permission where required for other promotional uses.

Honest criticism is welcome. We do not penalize negative reviews or require you to transfer ownership of them.

We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, unrelated to the product or service, spam, impersonation, or an infringement of another person’s rights. We may also remove personal information that should not be publicly disclosed. Moderation will be conducted consistently with applicable law.

Private customer-support messages and tracker entries are not public reviews and are not licensed for advertising use under these Terms.

Section 10 — Personal Information and Communications

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available through the website footer.

Please review that policy before submitting personal information, including information entered into a digital tracker.

Making a purchase does not automatically enroll you in promotional SMS communications. Where consent is required for email or SMS marketing, we will request it separately and provide the applicable opt-out method.

Order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription notices, and other service communications are separate from promotional messages.

Section 11 — Errors and Corrections

We may correct errors or omissions relating to prices, product descriptions, availability, promotions, shipping charges, or other website information.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you with the proposed resolution or provide cancellation and refund options as required by law.

This section does not permit us to retroactively change agreed charges without a lawful basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, restricts mandatory consumer warranties or remedies, or overrides our express refund commitments.

These Terms do not disclaim our responsibility for the safety, description, or supply of products we sell where that responsibility applies under law.

Section 14 — Responsibility for Unlawful Conduct

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims directly resulting from your unlawful use of our services or intentional infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify ORBIS for its own negligence, misconduct, or breach of law, or to waive mandatory consumer protections.

Section 15 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Any adjustment to an invalid provision must preserve applicable consumer protections.

Section 16 — Termination

You may stop using our website at any time. To stop recurring subscription charges, you must cancel your subscription through the available cancellation process.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms or a security concern, providing notice where appropriate or legally required.

Termination does not remove accrued refund rights or other rights that survive under applicable law.

We will not continue charging for a service that we terminate without providing it.

Section 17 — Agreement and Related Policies

These Terms, the applicable product descriptions and checkout disclosures, and our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy govern your relationship with ORBIS.

Specific purchase disclosures and the Refund Policy govern their respective subjects. These Terms do not reduce refund commitments made to you at the time of purchase.

No provision waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Section 18 — Jurisdiction and Consumer Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the competent courts of the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or your purchases from ORBIS.

This jurisdiction clause does not override mandatory consumer protections. If applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence or another competent court, you retain that right. Any proceedings brought by ORBIS against a consumer remain subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules.

The law applicable to these Terms and any dispute will be determined under applicable conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Section 19 — Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.

Material changes affecting existing subscriptions or paid digital access will be communicated with any notice and consent required by law.

Posting updated Terms alone does not authorize new charges, replace required consent, or retroactively change refund conditions for an existing order.

Section 20 — Shipping, Refunds, and Other Important Terms

Shipping

We use US fulfillment services. Processing and transit times are estimates disclosed separately. Shipping destinations, availability, and charges are shown before purchase.

If we cannot meet an applicable shipping commitment, we will provide the notices, options, or refunds required by law.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first qualifying TB1 order, including an eligible initial subscription order, subject to our full Refund Policy.

Requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

Approved refunds include the eligible product amount actually paid, the original shipping charge paid for the first qualifying bottle, and applicable tax adjustments. We do not deduct processing or restocking fees.

Eligibility conditions and return requirements apply as described in the Refund Policy.

Subscription renewals, repeat orders, and additional purchases are not covered by the first-order satisfaction guarantee. This does not limit remedies for confirmed order errors, defective products, or other rights under applicable law.

Gifts and digital products

Physical and digital gifts are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Separately purchased digital products are subject to the refund and access terms disclosed for those products, without limiting mandatory legal rights.

Customer support and fulfillment providers

ORBIS handles customer refund requests. Our fulfillment provider’s reimbursement rules do not replace our obligations to you.

Please contact us before returning any product. Our registered business address is not automatically an authorized return address.

Business transfers

Any transfer of our business or contractual obligations remains subject to applicable law and will not reduce your existing rights.
