How Your Subscription Works

When you subscribe to TB1, you enroll in recurring orders for a 30-day supply.

The standard subscription price is $69 every 30 days, plus any shipping charges and taxes disclosed at checkout. Any introductory discount or different offer terms will be clearly displayed before you subscribe.

Your subscription automatically renews every 30 days until you cancel. It does not end automatically after 90 days.

By expressly agreeing to the subscription at checkout, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the terms presented to you. Your payment details are handled by our payment service providers.

Billing and order-processing dates are separate from delivery dates. Please see our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery estimates.

Managing Your Subscription

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription through the subscription-management link provided with your subscription confirmation.

You may also contact info@orbislifestyle.com for assistance. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

To prevent the next scheduled charge and shipment, make your changes before the next renewal is processed. You do not need to wait until the end of the 90-day guarantee period to cancel.

Cancellation and Orders Already Processed

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

If a renewal has already been charged, contact us immediately. We will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped. Once preparation has begun, cancellation of that shipment may no longer be possible.

Any return or refund request for an order already processed will be reviewed under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

You may still cancel future renewals even if the current order cannot be stopped.

Subscription Changes

Please update your shipping address and payment details before your next renewal is processed.

Changes made after an order has entered fulfillment may not apply to that order. Contact us promptly if an existing order requires attention.

If we change your subscription price or other material terms, we will provide advance notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

Refunds and the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first qualifying TB1 order, including an eligible initial subscription order, subject to our Refund Policy.

To request a refund under the guarantee, contact us within 90 days of delivery.

Approved refunds include the eligible product amount paid, the original shipping charge paid for the first qualifying bottle, and applicable tax adjustments. We do not deduct processing or restocking fees.

Subscription renewals, repeat orders, and additional purchases are not covered by the first-order satisfaction guarantee. This does not affect your rights concerning defective products, confirmed order errors, unauthorized charges, or other remedies available under applicable law.

Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you want both a refund and cancellation, please state this in your request so we can handle both.

No Deferred-Payment Trial

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is not a free trial or a “try before you buy” arrangement. Your initial order is charged at checkout, and subscription renewals are charged according to the agreed schedule until canceled.
